Mechanical Cable Joints BMS are used to connect aluminium and copper conductors, both solid and stranded - round or sector, of voltage grade up to 42 kV. The body of the joint is made of aluminium alloy of high strength and resistance to corrosion. The surface of the joint is tin plated. The bolts are made with shear-off heads and have controlled tightening torque. The joints are filled with electrical contact grease and sealed with plastic саp.
