Protection Caps Type CECT made of elastomer are designed to be easily pulled onto the conductor's end thus preventing moisture penetration into the conductor and at the same time provide its electrical insulation from open-circuit voltage. They are made of material resistant to UV radiation, tested in the water under voltage of 6kV in accordance with requirements of Standard NF C 33 020.
