PRE-INSULATED AlCu (AlAl) JOINT MJPB (FOR SERVICE LINES)

Pre-insulated Joint MJPB is designed for connection of low voltage service and street lighting conductors of cross-section from 4 mm² to 35 mm². Crimping is done over the insulation sheath with a die E140. Permanent and clear markings on insulation sheath indicate the sequence and the number of crimpings, cross-section of the conductor and stripping length. Waterproofness is ensured by elastomer caps which are made in different colors so that the cross-section of the conductor can be easily identified. The inside of the Joint is filled with silicone grease. Dielectric strength of the Joint is tested in water for 1 min and is greather than 6 kV. Pre-insulated Joint MJPB is made of high-quality materials of high tensile strength and resistance to environmental effects and UV radiation.
