INSULATED PIERCING CONNECTOR FOR BARE MAIN LINES

It is designed to establish electrical contact when the main conductor non-insulated and the tap conductor is insulated LV ABC.

Nominal tightening torque: 13 Nm:
Torque at which first contact is established: 4 Nm.

NOTE: the product can be delivered with PA shear head nut, ALPA shear head nut or Zamak shear head nut.
At Customer request PA shear head nut can be made in different colour.

Note:
There are two options of these connectors. The connectors can be with visible or invisible contact plates.
If the contact plates are visible there is an indicator on the connector that indicates the material of the contact plates inside the connector.
Yellow indicator indicates aluminum (Al) contact plates, and green indicator indicates copper (Cu) contact plates.
We have a different solution for connectors with invisible contact plates. Rubber inserts are in two different colors. Grey rubber inserts indicate aluminum (Al) contact plates, and red rubber inserts indicate copper (Cu) contact plates.
